I’ve tried using the discount codes a bunch of times, usually when I’m half-asleep on the couch with coffee next to me, and they don’t work for me very often. Every now and then there’s an okay deal, but a lot of the time I end up removing the code and just checking out without it. Not terrible, just not always worth the hassle.

"Mixed results with the filament"
I picked up a few spools from 3djake because a friend in my 3D printing group had mentioned them before. Some of the filament printed totally fine, but a couple of spools gave me issues with odd diameter changes and nozzle clogs. I used the same printer settings each time, so the inconsistency was noticeable. Shipping was okay, but the filament quality just wasn’t as reliable as I’d hoped.

My order showed up packed really well, with no crushed corners or anything loose rattling around inside. Everything was protected and easy to unpack. Not much else to say, but it’s sorta nice when a shop actually takes care with the packaging.

"Order was okay, updates were a Little confusing"
My order ended up going fine in the end, but the tracking updates were kind of confusing. I had to check a Few times just to figure out what was actually happening with my package. Support did reply, which I appreciated, but their first response wasn’t super clear. Overall not a bad experience, but it Definitely could’ve been smoother.

"Wish I’d Asked Them Sooner"
I wasn’t totally sure if the nozzle and heatbreak I wanted would actually fit my printer, so I reached out to 3djake before ordering. They got back to me quickly and explained clearly what would work and what wouldn’t. The order arrived without any issues, and the parts fit just like they said they would. i kind of regret not asking before on past orders, because I’ve bought the wrong stuff before and wasted money. Really happy with the help this time.

I ordered some filament and the delivery date kept getting pushed back. Support did reply, which was nice, but they didn’t really do much to help. It did show up eventually, so it wasn’t a total mess, but I’d sorta hesitate to order from them again if I needed something quickly.

I reached out to 3djake support about a printer part that wasn’t fitting the way it should. They did get back to me, and the person seemed to know what they were talking about, which was reassuring. It just took a few days between replies, and I had to explain the problem twice. In the end, I got a useful answer, but it wasn’t exactly quick. Not bad, but not amazing either...

"Not the best first impression"
My first impression wasn’t great. I reached out for support and the replies were slow, which was frustrating when I just wanted to get things sorted. To be fair, they did help me eventually, but the waiting around definitely left a bad taste at the start.

Ordered some filament from 3djake and it showed up way faster than I thought it would. Tracking was straightforward, and the box arrived in good shape too. I mainly needed it quickly for a print job, so I’m happy — no complaints at all. Would definitely order again 😊

"Refund took a little while"
I ordered from 3djake and had to return one item. The refund came through in the end. So no big drama. It just took longer than I expected. I also had to check in once. Support did reply. Just not very fast. Overall, it was okay. Not bad, but not great either.

"Prices weren’t really worth it for me"
I had a look on 3djake for some filament and a few parts, probably because I was being lazy and didn’t want to compare too many sites at first. The site itself is easy enough to use, but most of the prices I saw were higher than the other shops I usually buy from. Even with a few discounts, I couldn’t really justify it. Maybe I’m just being picky with prices, but I expected a bit better...

"Had the colors I needed"
I ordered from 3DJAKE because they actually had the filament colors I needed in stock, while other shops didn’t. I was kind of expecting something to go wrong, or maybe for the stock info to be outdated, but the site showed everything clearly and my order went through fine. it was nice not having to keep checking back all week. I’d probably use them again.

"Prints okay, but am I the only one noticing some inconsistency?"
Am I the only one who thought this filament was kind of hit or miss? It prints fine overall, but every now and then it felt a little inconsistent, which made the experience just okay for me. Not terrible, not amazing — pretty much middle of the road
